Listing existing marketing lists and subscription centres and migrate them to the new compliance profile. Create specific topics for each profile under each compliance profile and load relevant concepts into each individual profile.
Week 2
    Migration Outbound assets to Real-time area
  • Identify features and assets available in the RTM area from the legacy Outbound Marketing area. List active assets, clear out unnecessary ones, and replicate essential assets in the RTM area. Optimize emails to meet new compliance settings and create new forms and landing pages tailored to regional or brand-specific requirements.
Week 3
    Customizing the OOB System
  • Customize the Out-Of-Box (OOB) system for improved operational efficiency. Implement asset-based customizations, including JavaScript or custom flows, based on insights from the previous weeks. Ensure these customizations are tested and aligned with business goals.
Week 4
    User and Acceptance Training
  • Provide comprehensive training on RTM’s new capabilities. Update the team on changes in customizations and operating procedures. Offer a detailed comparison between the legacy Outbound Marketing and the new RTM setup. Collect feedback post-deployment to ensure a smooth transition and compliance with VAT requirements.
