The retailer’s systems were on Tally Accounting along with a customized solution that helped manage their inventory. As the company increased in size, the current solution wasn’t able to fulfill the internal processes. An advanced solution was the need, hence Microsoft Dynamics Business Central was advised.
The Solution
MS Dynamics Business Central for financials, manufacturing and supply chain management was therefore implemented.
The implemented modules included Finance Management, Sales & Receivables, Purchase & Payables, Production. Overall activities included overseeing activities like master uploading, basic setup configuration, limited transaction testing and helping document user manuals.
Post implementation, the management team was able to get the MIS reports with a single click and was able to track the materials from origin to destination.
