- Create and manage email campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and brand standards.
- Experience with any of the marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce) to automate workflows, segment audiences, and personalize content.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce engaging email content, including newsletters, promotions, and product announcements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously improve email content, design, and delivery tactics.
- Maintain the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Good to have exposure/knowledge in understanding compliance with regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
